Myerscough is setting up its first LGBT Society!
A friend of mine has had enough of being picked on and decided to set up an LGBT society at Myerscough, partnership college of UCLAN, and it’s actually happening! This is fantastic! We’ve needed one for so long! We’re hopefully meeting on Tuesdays at 12 - 1 and Wednesdays 4:30 till 6:30. We’re still finding a place to meet and are are trying to get the stumble for Wednesdays nights so we can hang out and play pool and relax. We’ve all had enough of homophobic bullying and we’ve decided to take a stand. UCLAN have their own society but UCLAN as a whole doesn’t communicate with Myerscough at all. No one knows UCLAN LGBT Society even exists at Myerscough.
